Viticulture
From the sub-regions of Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo, these vineyards are planted on new platforms with different sun exposures, in particular north/east, and at various altitudes.
Winemaking
After careful selection of the grapes and destemming, a pre-fermentation skin maceration was carried out, followed by the light pressing of the grapes. After that the must underwent decanting, followed by the fermentation of the must in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks.
Stage
At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 6 months, during which batonnage was performed.
Consumption
Excellent aperitif, best served with quick dishes, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meats, pizzas as well as oriental cuisine It should be served at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 3 years.
conservation
The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
