Viticulture
These vineyards from the sub-regions of Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo are planted on platforms with different sun exposures and altitudes.
Winemaking
Total destemming. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless steel tanks and daily manual pumping over.
Stage
At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 9 months.
Consumption
It is a versatile wine in gastronomic terms, nonetheless it is ideal for grills, pastas, stews, pizzas, oriental food, light cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 13°C and 15°C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 2-3 years.
conservation
The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
