Stage
Partially matured in oak barrels for 12 months. A deposit may be created during ageing.

Red meat dishes, game, and strong cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C. Wine with excellent ageing potential, can be consumed over the next 3-4 years.

The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
