Viticulture

Winemaking
Total destemming. Slight crushing followed by gentle pressing. Static defecation for 18 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Batonnage and maturation on fine lees.
Stage
At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 6 months, during which batonnage was performed.
Consumption
Excellent aperitif, best served with quick dishes, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, pizzas as well as oriental cuisine It should be served at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 3 years.
conservation
The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
