WinemakingHand picked and transported in small boxes with careful selection of grapes. Total destemming, fermentation in vats with crushing by foot.
StageAged in new French oak barrels for 22 months. Wine not filtered or cold-stabilised so that all its components are respected.
ConsumptionRed meats, game, and strong cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 14°C and 16°C. Wine with excellent ageing potential, can be consumed over the following 8-10 years.
conservationThe wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
