WinemakingStrict manual selection of grapes on the conveyor belt at the entrance to the winery and total destemming. Pre-fermentative pelicular maceration, followed by slight pressing of grapes with separation of musts by potentiometric. Careful fermentation in "bica aberta" at controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats, for approximately a month.
StageAt the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 4 months "sur les lies", during which weekly batonnages were performed.
ConsumptionExcellent aperitif. It accompanies very well quick dishes, salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risottos, white meats, pizzas, as well as various oriental cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 10° and 12° C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 5 years.
conservationThe wine should be stored in a cool (12º/14ºC) and dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. The bottle should remain in horizontal position Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
