ViticultureThese vineyards from the sub-regions of Baixo Corgo and Cima Corgo are planted on platforms with different sun exposures and altitudes.
WinemakingAfter careful selection of the grapes and destemming, a pre-fermentation skin maceration was carried out, followed by a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats with daily pumping over (remontage).
StageAged in French oak casks for 9 months. Wine not filtered or cold-stabilised so that all its components are respected.
ConsumptionIt is a versatile wine in gastronomic terms, nonetheless it is ideal for grills, meats and white meats in particular, stews, light cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 13°C and 15°C. To be consumed immediately or within the next 3-4 years.
conservationThe wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
