Viticulture
From the sub-region of Cima Corgo, more specifically Quinta da Vista Alegre, these selected vineyards of middle-age are planted in parcels with different exposures in particular North/East, being chosen the grapes grown at the highest elevation.
Winemaking
After a careful manual selection of grapes on the conveyor belt and destemming, the must is decanted statically at low temperature. The fermentation in "bica aberta" at controlled temperature (12 - 14ºC) occurs in stainless steel vats for about 1 month.
Stage
At the end of alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Consumption
Excellent aperitif. Best served with salads, fish and seafood, pasta and risotto, white meats, pizzas as well as sorted oriental cuisine. It should be served at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C. To be consumed immediately, or within the next 2-3 years.
conservation
The wine should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations, and the bottle should remain horizontal. Since wine is a natural product it will create a deposit with age.
